The G.A.T.T. Department, the Gauteng Department of Tenders and Tests, is managed by Frans Roos. His department was moved from the eleventh floor to the basement, the staff was reduced from 33 to 3 and he reports directly to Ms. Mammabolo, the chair woman of the council. The other staff consists of Lulu Roux, the receptionist, Koos Koekemoer, the senior technician, and Dickey Abrahams, junior technician.
